In 2007 summer when I was still a seeker in God kingdom, I had a conversation with a pastor, the keynote speaker on a retreat. He gave me this verse. Over the years after I became a Christian I ponder on it from time to time especially when I am discouraged or losing sight of the road ahead.
Indeed each time I realize that He is not far from me, from each one of us. But He wants us seek him and reach out for him and find him in any circumstances in our journey of life. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.'
I am thankful for this whole year, the fullness of life that God gives me. There is tears and laughter, the setback and the accomplishment. But I am most thankful that I know God more.
