親愛的主，我又要面臨另一個忙碌，狂熱的一周，求你賜我幽默感，一個開懷大笑的能力，因為從你而得的喜樂就是我的力量。願你更新我的力量，使我永遠保持一顆喜樂單純的心，凡事交託，不為明天憂慮。面對各樣挑戰都能站立的穩。為我創造一顆勇敢無懼的心，賜給我安靜的心，讓我面對各樣的混亂，我都能很快釐清頭緒，找到問題的根源，並在你裡面找到解決之道。因為等候耶和華的必要重新得力，以至於我能享受你的同在，更多的愛你。奉耶穌的名，阿們！
